The Leadership Basic Training for Activists (LDK-A) IMCB 2025 Malang serves as an incubation hub for new activists to develop solid and adaptive leadership characters.
Program Recap
The LDK-A IMCB 2025 event was successfully held and attended by the entire lineup of new IMCB Malang activists, who showed high enthusiasm throughout the program. Through this training, participants managed to align their vision, strengthen organizational commitment, and produce several innovative initial work plans. The greatest achievement of this event was the development of a strong chemistry among members, which serves as the primary asset for IMCB Malang to achieve new milestones in this administrative period.
Activities
- This event is designed to equip aspiring activists with essential organizational skills and strengthen synergy among members. Throughout the program, participants will engage in a series of intensive material briefings, group discussions, and interactive leadership simulations.
