Program Recap
Participants received four main materials focused on developing leadership skills, understanding the organization, and managing organizational operations. The material on basic organization and leadership was delivered by Dr. Martinus Fieser Sitinjak, S.E., M.M., the Student Organization Advisor (SOA) of IMCB, along with Valencia Alvina Angelica, the Chairperson of IMCB for the 2025/2026 period. In this session, participants were encouraged to understand the importance of leadership with integrity, the mindset of a leader, and how each activist can contribute optimally to the organization. The material was delivered in a communicative manner, enabling participants to grasp basic organizational concepts more easily and effectively.
In addition, the Regional Chairperson of Semarang and the Regional Chairperson of Malang also served as speakers, presenting materials on finance, administration, and operations. These two materials provided participants with insight into the important aspects of organizational management, from administration to sound and responsible financial management. Participants were introduced to various procedures and practices that support the smooth running of daily organizational activities. With this material, participants are expected to understand the importance of accountability, transparency, and thoroughness in carrying out their management duties.
One of the most engaging aspects of this activity was the question-and-answer session with the Chairperson of IMCB for the 2025/2026 period, Valencia Alvina Angelica. The participants enthusiastically posed various questions regarding their organizational experiences, leadership challenges, and personal development as activists. The interaction during this session created a dynamic discussion atmosphere and provided an opportunity for participants to gain direct insights from the organization's leaders. In addition to the Q&A session, the activity also included games, which served as a means of evaluating and strengthening participants' understanding of the material presented. Through this series of activities, LDK-A Extension Part II supports the achievement of BINUS Graduate Attributes (BGA), particularly in the aspects of collaboration, communication, and critical thinking. With the knowledge gained during the training, participants are expected to become adaptive, responsible activists, and ready to actively contribute to the development of the organization and the academic environment.
