IMMERISE 2026: Dare to Lead the Legacy is a hybrid basic leadership training program (LDK-CP) for prospective new IMCB board members to equip them with leadership skills, vision alignment, and project management.
Program Recap
High Enthusiasm & Engagement: The LDK-CP event was successfully held in a hybrid format (online and offline), sparking active discussions and strong interactions from all participants across both platforms.
Delivery of 5 Key Topics: Prospective new IMCB board members successfully received comprehensive training from experts and organizational leaders, covering Vision-Mission Alignment, Leadership, Personal Branding, Project Management (including LPJ administration), and Motivation and Purpose.
Strengthening BGA Competencies: The activity successfully supported the achievement of BINUS Graduate Attributes (BGA), particularly in strengthening the aspects of collaboration, communication, and critical thinking.
Regeneration Readiness: The event successfully produced more competent prospective new board members who are ready to manage the organization in a structured and efficient manner, and prepared to carry the legacy and positive values of IMCB to the next level.
