Company Visit & Learn: Empowering People, Elevating Performance - The Work Culture at Blu by BCA Digital

Program Recap

Friday, May 23 2025 will be a historic day for IMCB Kemanggisan. This is because the first work program entitled Company Visit & Learn was successfully held with the theme "Empowering People, Elevating Performance – The Work Culture at BCA Digital". Located directly at the Blu by BCA Digital office located at The City Tower Floor 11 Jl. M.H. Thamrin No.81 Menteng RT.1/RW.6, RT.1/RW.6, Dukuh Atas, Menteng, Central Jakarta. This event not only provides new insight into the world of work, but also opens eyes to the importance of a positive and inclusive work culture.

The event started at 13.20 WIB and was immediately greeted with high enthusiasm from the participants. Opened by the MC, namely Kak Hanarys Vandiah, followed by a warm welcome from the Regional Chair of IMCB Kemanggisan, Vincentia Stella Tanero, then continued with welcoming remarks given by the Project Manager Company Visit and Learn, Raka Cahya Luhur Ramdhan. From Blu by BCA Digital itself, the welcome speech was delivered by Michael Christian Fredy who helped enliven the atmosphere from the start. From Company Profile to Inspirational Work Culture.

Participants were invited to dive into the history of the birth of blu through screening an insightful company profile. At its peak, the material presentation session was presented by Ms. Katherine Elovani, who thoroughly discussed the main topic, namely Empowering People, Elevating Performance. The material presented is very down to earth, relatable, and opens up new insights into how Blu builds a work environment that supports individual and team growth and development.

Q&A & Quizziz: Fun and Interactive!

The question and answer session was super active—the participants did not hesitate to raise their hands and discuss directly with the speaker. After that, there was an exciting Quizziz session to test participants' understanding of the material that had been given. The competitive but fun atmosphere makes this session a favorite!

Office Tour & Door Prize Time!

Now, the most awaited part has arrived: the office tour! The participants were invited to see firsthand the working atmosphere of BluForce (the name for Blu by BCA Digital employees). The modern, comfortable and collaborative office atmosphere makes many participants feel motivated.

Plus, there is an exciting spinning wheel to determine the door prize winner from Blu. Three lucky participants managed to take home special prizes to conclude this moment full of surprises.

The event closed with the presentation of plaques and certificates from IMCB Kemanggisan to Blu by BCA Digital as a form of appreciation.

Documentation is also carried out to immortalize every precious moment. Finally, closing remarks were delivered by Blu representatives, marking the end of a very memorable event.
